It doesnt sound to me lie that is what is being asked here. It sounds
to me like Mr. King is asking about option that in my lynx shows up as
"Keypad as arrows or numbered links" where if "numbered links" is set,
you can type in the number for a link to select it, instead of using
the up and down arrows. Mr. King, press 'o' from inside lynx to get
to the options page, it should be there somewhere.

Again, it sounds like he's asking about LYNX's security provisions,
not about UNIX's. Check out the -restrctions command-line option, Mr. King
