LYNX-DEV pre-compiled 2.6 lynx

I downloaded the lynx 2.6 files and unzipped them, but it seems that I 
need to compile ("build") the lynx.exe.

Is this correct?

I don't have a compiler.

Is there a precompiled version out there?
