Try this.
PATH=/home/Titus/local/bin:$PATH
export PATH
lynx
Doing things this way lets you install anything in your local/bin directory
to 'override' what your isp provides. Don't forget to do a make clean
in the directory that contains lynx so that any old .o files are deleted.
