Well, the short answer is that you can't.  The history list is not
maintained the same as in Netscape, et. al.  Once you go back, the only
way to go forward is to reslect the link or do the 'g'oto or whatever got
you there.  This is one thing I posted a couple of days ago, but no one
commented on...

IF someone were to implement better history handling, what suggestions
would you have for the default key for going forward through the history
list?  Make sure it's not already mapped as a default (there are still
plenty of the shifted numbers and a few other keys that aren't mapped
yet...).

I plan to take a look at this as one of several things over Christmas.
Just what, if anything, I get accomplished remains to be seen... :)
