Umm..I have my text set to frren _on purpose_ :>  If anything, it would

Gawd..can you imagine lynx trying to display that?  What if some smart
alec has light purple writing on a (normal?) purple background..Lynx won't
be doing all the shades of purple, so its liable to look reall messed up..

Just my thoughts
