Well, I'm the person, but it seems my question was misinterpreted. If
there is a way to break out of lynx _when you shouldn't be able to_, then
it's possible that there is a bug in lynx that needs fixing.
If you know of a sequence of keystrokes that you can use to break out of
lynx and get shell access in a captive account with lynx run `-anonymous'
or `-validate', then I am sure there are a lot of very honorable people
on this list who would like to know about it.

Perhaps that will give you an idea of my `honor' and my commitment to
