Sorry, I know this must be a FAQ but I couldn't find it. I am just
getting into using helper applications with lynx after all these years.
If you have a mailcap entry for image/gif and you select a gif link, it
transfers it and then spawns the helper app. Then if you decide you
like it, and use `d' for download it transfers the image from the original
site again even though the file is still in the tmp directory.
How do you set Lynx up to be able to use a helper app, but be able to save
the object later if you like it without downloading again?
