The "=" cmd, which shows the lynx version.

Would be nice if it also shows the path name
for which it ended up actually finding "lynx.cfg".

It's not so easy to find, sometimes, what with
symbolic links, hidden switches (hidden in aliases,
scripts, etc).

For instance, here on netcom.com, the one in 
".../local/" is dated 1964, and surely isn't
the one actually being used for the 2.6 I am
using here (Netcom has installed it, in a 
special area for "new" stuff, but there's no
lynx.cfg in that place, so who knows WHERE it
might be coming from...).

Maybe also show the list of places lynx
did a lookup, TRYING to find it, before
it finally did find it.
