All four of those are in the 10/22/96 LYMessages_en.h. You must
not have done the replacement properly. I had added them when I send
Hiram the updates for dealing with a 302 or 301 that was (improperly)
expecting 303 handling, and Hiram included all the updates properly
into the update zip.
