I haven't looked at it recently, but the forking code in LYLocal.c
and LYCgi.c, with it's associated #ifdef'ing, appears to work now with
all the supported Unix flavors, so if that were used as a model, the
forking in HTTCP.c, at least in theory, should work for all the supported
Unix flavors too.
