LYNX-DEV compiling on SGI: Thanks!

Thanks much to all who helped me figure out how to properly compile on
the SGI and set the lynx.cfg location.  I didn't realize I needed to
edit the prefs in both the userdefs.h for built-in things and the
lynx.cfg for a standard prefs file.  And also thanks for the information
about 'make clean'; I think I have a much better understanding of the
way that works now.

As implied, it compiled just fine, and works great.  Now I can test my
alternate files intended for those on terminals without having to login
to a second machine.  Thanks again!
