[lwip-users] iperf server implementation over lwip 1.4.1

Dear all,

I would like to test via iperf testing my application running lwip 1.4.1.

Shall I make use of the lwiperf module from the latest lwip version?
Is it compatible with lwip 1.4.1?

I would like to start a tcp server calling the lwiperf_start_tcp_server 
function.
Like the one used here:
https://github.com/ARMmbed/lwip/blob/master/src/apps/lwiperf/lwiperf.c

I would appreciate any suggestion :)
