You guessed wrong. I manually added you CC. And thanks for the suggestion, but
I think I can decide for myself which mail client I use ;-)

None that I know of. If you manage to send your mails in a way that hitting
"response" is enough for everyone for you (or the list) to be CC'ed, that's
fine. I'm afraid I don't know how to help you there, though, sorry.
Maybe you can ask one of the savannah or nongnu hackers for help, which
maintain the servers/mailers.
