I did not take the time to read and analyze your whole message, stopped 
at the Ip addresses. So I may jump early into conclusions and be wrong.

Disclaimer done, I remember reading that *lwIP "routing" currently does 
not support multiple interfaces on the same subnet*; which is your case. 
To "route", you need to have different networks to choose from.
