My suggestions:
don't send pictures, post capture files
explain who is the server and who is the client
define "packet is lost", it is not normal to lose "packets"; what is
your problem: frames getting lost or the retransmission time ? I bet the
first one.
explain the scenario in which you are testing, and what it is that you see.
The lwIP version you have seems to be an intermediate git head, there is
no "141 1.5" (nor 1.5 btw), you should check with the ones who did the
port and the driver you are using, and your hardware.
