[lwip-users] minimal main for a bare metal system

Hi,

I implemented a network drive for the LogicPD Omap-L138 SOM-M1
development board and I want to test it. What should contain the main
function for a bare metal system (NO_SYS = 1)? 

I looked on http://lwip.wikia.com/wiki/Porting_For_Bare_Metal and
implemented the timers but I didn't found what should contain the
mchdrv_poll(&mchdrv_netif) function.
