Did you realize that both the lwIP source code and the contrib sources are 
available for download from the lwIP project page on savannah? Contrib is only 
downloadable for 1.3.0 and 1.4.0 because between that, there were not too many 
changes. However, using 1.4.0 is always favoured over 1.3.X because there have 
been many bugs fixed.
