Could you please check if you go over that buffer? (the easiest method for that being to double the buffer and see what it does :o)

The following are the observed values

            ADI_TOOLS_ram_len                 0x00010010

ADI_TOOLS_memp_len              0x00001e10

MEM_SIZE                                (64*1024)
