I think there could be a "miscellaneous" section on the wiki to hold all sorts 
of side notes -- nothing official, nothing necessarily updated and 
maintained... but just part of a "reading list" for interested parties.

As for the httpserver-raw.c... I put in the readme to help remind me/us that it 
should be added.  :)

Agree, a such code isn't really relative to lwIP.

I think the current http_server sample is enough, except I think we could 
extend it to show the management of a pbuf chain since this concept can be a 
little bit "difficult" to understand for new users. Perhaps also show how to 
write "large" datas for raw api?

I would be good to also provide it with the three api layers (httpserver-raw.c, 
httpserver-netconn.c, and httpserver-socket.c). Jared, about httpserver-raw.c, 
I don't find it on the CVS (there is only httpserver-netconn.c), but the README 
talk about it...

Not really lwIP though, so probably best kept as an appendix or in an 
"additional topics" section.
