[lwip-users] MEM_ALIGN macro collision

Hi

my OS defines the macro MEM_ALIGN in one of its header files which is also 
included by the lwIP stack so I have a collision of macros which doesn't do the 
same. My proposal would be to rename the macro in lwIP to LWIP_MEM_ALIGN. I can 
supply a diff of this change if the proposal is accepted. Otherwise I have to 
rename the macro every time I update lwIP.
