Kieran,
Because lot of things change these last months, with lot of new options, I
think that will be good to define what tasks/bugs/items have to be closed for
the next release, and when this release will be stopped, we could do the
documentation. I have start these ones :
"Getting Started lwIP with multithread operating system"
"Tunning lwIP options"
But with most of changes about thread-safe, the first have change a lot, and
with new options, the second also change. More, they are really draft for the
moment. But when we stop the release, I will update them...

Sadly documentation for lwIP is bit thin on the ground, which is something that
I'd like to see changed, but I'm not holding my breath for volunteers to step
forward. As such, there isn't a manual. What documentation there is either on
the savannah lwIP web pages, or Adam Dunkel's original lwIP web pages (which is
linked from savannah). There is also the archive of the mailing lists, and the
existing ports to use as examples.
