A simple echo server using raw-api:
contrib/ports/unix/proj/minimal

The simhost with the http and sequential-api:
contrib/ports/unix/proj/unxisim

I try to keep an eye on this code
since nobody else does...

Maybe some generic parts of this code
can be moved to the contrib/apps.
It then needs to be detangled
from the unix port.

For me this has a low priority.
