    Yes the server is getting ACK from client .. and also as I said the tftp server is from linux system , I do not see any problem with timeout of the tftp server, as it is still running and long enough to serve all the requests from the client.

   I wrote my tftp client application , seeing the simhost example , but using the socket api in the simhost application only 1 thread is created. Can we write an application  on lwip  with out threading ...?`?? If so how can we do this...?

   Yes you are right , profiling wont help to solve the problem .. but I mentioned here as a further extension , if everything goes fine...
