[lwip-users] Newbie questions (Poll, Debug, CLOSE_WAIT)

Hi

I am new to LWIP and have a few questions whose answers are probably
well known to most of you.  If you can answer any of these please reply
- I shall be most grateful.

1) Is the application's poll callback only called while a connection is
ESTABLISHED, or is it called in the other states?

2) How do I use the debug macros of lwip?  I would like to see
incoming/outgoing primitives (SYN,ACK etc) and state changes.

3) When my remote host closes the TCP connection to my lwip server, the
lwip server moves to state CLOSE_WAIT and stops there.  How can I move
it back to LISTEN?
