Some ports have been submitted in the CVS 'contrib' module.

The current contrib CVS tree can be checked out by doing:
cvs -d:pserver:address@hidden:/cvsroot/lwip login
cvs -z3 -d:pserver:address@hidden:/cvsroot/lwip co contrib
I will make sure that the README will mention the availability of some
ports and example code in the 'contrib' module, as it seems rather hidden.
