[lwip-users] DEBUGF & ASSERT

Hi,

Since lwIP defines it's own DEBUGF and ASSERT, would it be possible
to have them renamed to LWIP_DEBUGF and LWIP_ASSERT to avoid name
conflicts with already defined versions of the same?

I did this in my code, but it has made my cvs updates somewhat cumbersome.
Otherwise I'll have to fix this some other way..
