Harish emailed me this directly, but as I'm not doing anything with an
embedded system I can't answer it. Someone else might be able to help

Hi ,
I 'am also facing a similar problem while porting Lwip to an
RTOS similar to DSP-BIOS (I think).
How are configuring your timers now? Since we need to call the
tcp_tmr() ever 100ms.
Also how are you handling the timeouts linked list for threads?
because Lwip assume that there is only a single therad in that
list at any given instance.
