Seems to me you can do any of the following:

1) Test lwip with itself, although this doesn't check compatibility with
other systems.

2) Install some flavour of unix that does have T/TCP support and use that.

3) Find out if Win2K has T/TCP support and use that

4) Implement T/TCP for Linux or Win2K and use that (although again it
doesn't check compatibility with other peoples implementations).

5) Test (a client) by using one of the servers that already support T/TCP
on the internet.

6) Post the code here and persuade someone else (who has an OS that
supports T/TCP already) to test if for you.

I'm sure there are plenty of other possibilities, but hope these help.
