For bugs, you submit them to savannah, and when someone gets round to
verifying them and integrating them they get into the source.

For features, we all talk about it here until a consensus is agreed and
someone is motivated enough to implement it.

No.  Unixsim has nothing to do with it.  The reason unixsim has been used
as a testing benchmark to ensure everything is working is that everyone
can use it.  I for one do not have an exotic embedded system to run it on,
so unixsim is all I can test when I've made changes.
