I'm porting lwIP to ST20 architecture running OS20.I have two similar 
questions:
1. What should be the behaviour of sys_arch_mbox_fetch when it is called 
with timeout parameter set to zero? Should it block until something is 
post in the mailbox?
2. What should happen when sys_arch_sem_wait is called with timeout 
parameter set to zero? Should it block until the semaphore is signalled?
