[lwip-devel] Desiderata for 2.2.0: better support for Debian packaging and VirtualSquare (patches updated)

I have updated the patches:
        in 2-linuxlib.patch: fix missing include files in install 
        in 3-vdeif.patch: fix missing ld dependency
