Follow-up Comment #1:
Sort of expected behaviour: to keep the footprint low, this is not supported
by default.
However, if you want it, set LWIP_NETCONN_FULLDUPLEX=1 in your lwipopts.h and
it should work.
Closing as duplicate since it has been fixed long ago.
