Details:

I created a table within my private MIB but encountered a problem on
implementing the _get_next_instance function. The proposed code in the
comments of the .c file generated by the MibCompiler did not work for me.

With the help of the example "lwip_prvmib.c" I was able to properly read the
table in my SNMP agent all at once. Therefore I created a patch to fix the
proposed code in "SnmpTableNode.cs".
