Follow-up Comment #16, bug #52937 (project lwip):

Attached is my proposed fix. I'm not too happy with the "delivered" being
0xFF, but at least this ensures the old constants "0" and "1" are kept.

If we do it that way, raw_input() docs need updating, of course.
