in the function "sys_timeout":

the code snippet as follows:

if (next_timeout->time > msecs) {
   next_timeout->time -= msecs;
   timeout->next = next_timeout;
   next_timeout  = timeout;  
}


the "msecs" should be "timeout->time".

otherwise, the actually time for the timer pointed by "next_timeout" will
longer "diff" than expect.
