Update of patch #9472 (project lwip):

             Open/Closed:                  Closed => Open                   


Follow-up Comment #3:

I'd rather say the change as it is now is the minimal change to fix the
problem reported recently, where sometimes connections are just aborted (thus
the summary of this bug).

However, let's discuss if it's worth improving the algorithm. Right now, it's
neither strictly priority based nor strictly killing the oldest connection.
It's rather depending on the order of the pcb list.
