Details:
A comment in timeouts.c about lwip_cyclic_timers says "To get the number of
timers, use LWIP_ARRAYSIZE()". But lwip_cyclic_timers has type const struct
lwip_cyclic_timer[] and its size can only be determined in timeouts.c where it
is defined. Calling LWIP_ARRAYSIZE(lwip_cyclic_timers) elsewhere causes a
compilation error.
