Follow-up Comment #3, task #14494 (project lwip):

Hi Simon,

I have patch to share which we used to add support for SO_BINDTODEVICE socket
option in our stack.

The patch supports getsockopt(SO_BINDTODEVICE) also.

I have tested this support with multiple interfaces using (set/get)sockopt
APIs.

Please review and check whether it is good for upstream merge.
