Follow-up Comment #3:

Set trigger functions are implemented, TCP/UDP change trigger functions are
missing.

Also, for automatic MDNS integration, we would need a new netif change
callback type where multiple clients can be registered so the mdns code can
register itself and does not have to be called from a user's netif status
callback function.

That new callback type could include a hint on what's changed (i.e. why was
the callback called).
