The Windows SDK is moving target. And <inaddr.h> is an internal
header in that SDK. libcurl does *not* include it directly. But
it gets included via some other SDK header not directly related to
Winsock also.
This happens when compiling lwIP too (i.e. including <inaddr.h>)
due to the inclusion of libpcap/WinPcap headers. In pcapif.c for
example. But there it doesn't seems to be a problem.
