Details:

Like for IPv4, we need to:
- close TCP functions open on removed addresses
- possibly report MLD groups?
- possibly start router solicitation?
- call netif status callback

I saw that the initial router solicitations seem to be dropped as the rs
messages are not sent because the ll address is still tentative...
