Pcapif uses pcap to implement a netif that is hooked to the real network 
like on a switch. Although in the win32 folder, pcapif.c should be platform 
independent and thus work on Unix/Linux too. (Pcapif helper OTOH relies on 
win32 functions to provide what pcap doesn't).

I thought using libpcap could be more simple to use than tapif, mainly 
because it doesn't require any external setup other than having libpcap 
installed.
