Details:

Reported on lwip-users by mfkexpress (around 18.11.2014): The IP6H_VTCFL_SET()
seems to have problems with shifting '6' left by 28 (on a 16-bit platform,
where the constant '6' would be a 16-bit signed int, I assume).
