Details:

I use git head because of the support of ipv6 , but in many occasions, I only
want to use ipv4. So I hope that it does not compile any source file and
header file about ipv6. But in many files it did not use conditional
compilation to handle ipv6 header. So, I submit the patch.
And also, when will it release lwip-1.5.0?
