Details:

According to RFC 2131 "4.4 DHCP client behavior", DHCPRELEASE messages should
set ciaddr field to the client's network address and have the Server
identifier option field set to the server address (Table 5: Fields and options
used by DHCP clients).

lwip actually set the ciaddr field to 0 and the Server identifier option field
is missing.
