Follow-up Comment #1:

Using 1.4.1 RC1, this works for me. Have you checked the return value of
netconn_bind() (because you don't in the example you gave)? How are you
sending packets - that code is not included in your example?

Also, please try 1.4.1 RC1: as it is a bugfix-release only, you should be able
to just exchange the source files and compile (there should be no adaptions
needed, no new files added).
