Follow-up Comment #1, bug #27049 (project lwip):
Did you define something (a rand() like function) for DHCP_GLOBAL_XID, per my
patch #6763?
If not defined the default debug value of 0xABCD0000 will be used for all
lwIP devices and cause much DHCP server confusion.
