Details:

>From bug #19699: "Bug in SNMP ASN1 decode; submitted patch", we know that
there might be places where lwIP SNMP does not work on big-endian
architectures. We should

a) compile, run and thoroughly test SNMP on a big-endian architecture and/or
b) thoroughly review the code to see where it might not be portable enough

Unfortunately, I don't have a big-endian target (needed for a) and don't have
the time for b), thus this task.
