I think code
pcb->flags &= ~(TF_ACK_DELAY | TF_ACK_NOW);
in tcp_fasttmr() is redundant and can be deleted..
tcp_ack_now() calls tcp_output(),
and in tcp_output() TF_ACK_DELAY | TF_ACK_NOW flags are cleared.
