Follow-up Comment #9, bug #25695 (project lwip):
OK, now I get it: I think you are talking about a different scenario. The one
Koen reported does not involve API_EVENT but is a problem with loopif calling
tcpip_input from tcpip_thread.
But I think you are right that the event_callback() in sockets.c can also
produce this problem. That has to be protected, but using state NETCONN_NONE
is not a good idea. We would have to protect that with a different check.
